If elected, I will do everything I can to preserve and enhance those opportunities."

Parent/Staff/Administrator Choice
My primary goal if elected is to ensure that parents, staff, and school administrators have the right to make choices that benefit their kids or themselves. Teachers, staff, and the administration should work in partnership with the parents, but parents have primary responsibility for determining their kids’ education.
Board Transparency
Open meetings, in person public comment period, adherence to the Board’s policies, and open discussion, including respecting any dissenting opinions, will guarantee a transparent Board that is accountable to the parents, staff, and other residents. I want to make sure that Board meetings are as accessible as possible to all parents and other interested parties.
